Notice of 2011 Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General meeting of Brickhill Wanderers Youth Football Club will be held on Wednesday 15th June 2011 from 7:30pm at the Tiger Moth public house for the following purposes: -

^{Ordinary Business}

^{·        To receive and consider the Club's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31st May 2011 from the Chairman and Treasurer respectively (Resolution 1).}

^{.         To appoint an auditor for the forthcoming season 2011/12 (resolution 2)}

^{.         Through separate resolutions to re-elect those officers who are retiring by rotation in accordance with the club's constitution, and to elect new officers to fill the positions of those officers who are retiring permanently (resolutions 3 to 8)}

^{.         Nominations will be received at the meeting for the relevant committee positions.}

^{Members of the Club are entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting, and to vote on the resolutions proposed, provided they are at least 18 years of age. Members of the Club are the life members and vice presidents, other full members, the executive committee, managers and assistant managers of each team fielded by the Club during the season, and player members. Player members are those players who are registered to the Club as at 31st May 2011. Player members of the Club who are below 18 years of age are entitled to be represented at the meeting by a parent or guardian who may vote on their behalf.}
