Code Of ConductManagers are responsible for behaviour of player and spectators before, during and after the match, the Club can be disciplined for any "unsavoury incidents". The following codes of conduct have been prepared for Managers, Players and Parents alike, to ensure that high standards of behaviour continue both on and off the field of play whilst representing the Club.

Code Of Conduct For Players
- Players will have a good attitude at training and matches at all times.
- Players will turn up for training and matches on time.
- Players will show good sportsmanship and respect at all times.
- Avoid all forms of gamesmanship.
- Make every effort consistent with Fair play.
- Players will shake hands with opponents after the game.
- No jewellery is to be worn by players during training or a game.
- Players will always wear the correct kit.
- Club kit is only to be worn for matches.
- Football boots must be clean and in good condition.
- Players must wear skin pads during training and matches.
- No eating or chewing during training or matches.
- No swaering or fighting on or off the field.
- No abuse or racial remarks shall be made towards any other player, official or supporter.
- Accept the decision of the Match Official without protest.
- Respect the wishes of your manager and coach
- Inform the manager or coach when you have an injury.
- Pay any fines plus £2 administrative fee with 10 days of receiving fine.
Code Of Conduct For Parents and Supporters
- Ensure that your child arrives and is collected on time.
- Display good sportsmanship at all times and avoid all forms of gamesmanship.
- Stand well back when watching matches - behind the line, respecting the job of the linesman
- Do not put unnecessary pressure on your child especially in matches.
- Do not put any pressure on any child.
- Always encourage your child, never be negative.
- Only discuss your concerns about training or matches with the team manager in private.
- Inform the manager if there has been a change in your child's medical condition immediately.
- Respect the referee's decision at all times.
- Applaud the opposition as well as your own team.
- Avoid coaching during the game unless asked by your team's manager, as this can be counter productive.
- No abuse or racial remarks are to be made towards any player, official or supporter.
- Ensure that suitable clothing and footwear is worn by your child.
- Ensure that your child has water or soft drinks at training as well as for matches.
- Know the rules of the game, this will give you a better understanding of decisions that have been made by the officials.
- Agree to pay all monies owing to Brickhill Wanderers YFC.
- Gain Permission from both teams before taking any photographs in line with FA Child Protection guidelines.
